The $199/month includes medications, routine follow-up visits and provider access by call, text or email. It also includes an extra appointment during the 12-week period if something changes significantly and your treatment may need adjustment.
Follow-up labs are a separate $99 charge.
You return at approximately 12 weeks for labs and a follow-up visit. We review how you're responding and adjust treatment when needed. After that, care generally follows a 12-week rhythm.
