Why does seeing the same provider over time matter?

Continuity can make it easier to recognize changes and build on what has already been learned about you. A provider familiar with your history can put new symptoms, test results and treatment responses into context.

It also gives you a place to revisit what worked, what did not and what has become difficult to maintain.

At MedFIT, you can receive occasional Primary Care or establish ongoing care. Either way, keep us informed about medicines and treatment changes from other providers; information does not automatically pass between offices.
