What happens if I need to cancel or pause my primary-care membership?

There is no long-term contract or notice period required. Membership is paid in advance for the next 30 days.

If you stop paying, the membership ends after the period you already paid for. You would not receive membership benefits during a period when the membership is inactive.

MedFIT does not currently have a formal pause program. In some situations we may be able to work with someone on a short pause as a goodwill accommodation, but that is handled individually.

If you later rejoin after canceling or allowing the membership to lapse, the membership rate would be the rate available at that time.
